Member Privacy

Members of The Ramblers who have nominated Rugby as their local group will be added to the Rugby Ramblers' email contact list.

Members will receive emails about our events or changes to our events, other related Rugby Group news and information that we are requested to pass on by Ramblers London.

Members will not be sent unsolicited emails from external companies or individuals and their address will not be passed on to any other person or organisation.

Any member wishing to be removed from the Rugby Group email list should send us an email using the Contact Us form.

The Ramblers in London hold members' information and maintain records of a member's contact preferences. You can change your personal contact preferences in two ways; you can log in to your My Account page on the London web site or you can telephone Membership Services on 020 7339 8595.

Visitor Privacy

A visitor can provide Rugby Ramblers website with personal information only by completing the Contact Us form - no information is collected on any other page. The Contact Us form carries our policy on the data provided in that form, it is repeated below.

The Contact Us web form can be used to send us comments or ask us questions.

We will only use the information you provide to deal with your enquiry; we will not add you to a mailing list unless you request us to and we will never pass your details on to another organisation. Your email address will not be kept; your incoming email and our response will be deleted once we have responded to your request.

A copy of the data you provide on the form will be sent to the email address you provide.

Your request will be sent to our Web Master who will either reply directly or pass it on to someone within our organisation who is better placed to respond.

Under the current General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) you are required to signify your agreement to the processing of your private information by clicking the (GDPR) Tick-box.
